Booking and Information

To book one of our sleepover parties or if you have any questions please contact us using the contact form or via email or facebook messenger.
To book a bell tent or garden igloo please contact us to discuss your theme choices and set up dates

Delivery and Collection

We will arrange a convenient delivery time with you at the time of booking, typically between 12:00pm–3:00pm. Full setup is included in the price and usually takes between 1–3 hours, depending on the chosen setup and theme. Collection will take place the following day for teepees. Igloo parties with and bell tents have hire extending to 48 hrs.

We deliver within 15 miles of ME3 if you are more than 15 miles away we will charge a small fee to cover the travel costs.

Deposit and payments

To secure a booking we take a non refundable £50 deposit. Please note bookings are not confirmed without the deposit having been paid.

The full balance payment will be due 7 days prior to your party you will receive an email reminder for this.

For Bell Tent and Igloo bookings a £100 deposit is required and the balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

For bookings less that 7 days away the full balance is payable at booking

Cancellations and Weather

If you decide you wish to cancel your party with more than one weeks notice, your deposit is non refundable but no further payment is required. If you need to cancel your sleepover with 48 hours or less notice, no refund will be issued but we will offer another future date depending on our availability

For outdoor hire we are unable to set up if we have strong winds forecast in this instance we will arrange for your booking to take place on another day. Our deposit is non refundable should you wish to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate a future date
