Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
All booking deposits are non-refundable and secure your chosen date and package.
Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.
Prices start from £35 per teepee hire. Additional VIP extras and themed upgrades are charged separately.
All bookings are subject to availability and no dates can be held without a deposit.

Delivery, Set-Up & Collection

We will arrange a suitable delivery, setup, and collection time with you before your event.
An adult aged 18 or over must be present at the property during delivery and collection.
Please ensure the setup area is clean, safe, and cleared before our arrival. We are not able to set up on dirty surfaces.
Delays caused by restricted access or unsuitable setup areas may affect your booking.

Safety & Insurance

All tents used by The Cosy Owl Sleepovers are CE compliant where applicable.
We hold valid Public Liability Insurance for all services and sleepover setups provided.
Our tents and equipment are designed for indoor use only unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Adult supervision is required throughout the hire period.
Children must not climb, hang, or place excessive weight on the tents or equipment provided.
Battery-operated lighting should only be used as instructed.

Care of Equipment

All hired equipment remains the property of The Cosy Owl Sleepovers at all times.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all equipment is treated with care and kept in good condition during the hire period.
No smoking, pets, food, drinks, slime, face paint, makeup, nail varnish, or messy crafts should be used on or near the equipment.
Equipment must not be moved, dismantled, or used outdoors unless agreed in advance.

Security Deposit, Damages & Loss

A refundable security deposit may be requested prior to setup and will be returned once all equipment has been collected and checked.
Customers accept full responsibility for the hired items from delivery until collection.
We reserve the right to retain part or all of the security deposit, and where necessary charge additional costs, for any damage, loss, staining, breakages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required following the hire period.
Charges will reflect the cost of repair, professional cleaning, or replacement where necessary.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for refund.
If The Cosy Owl Sleepovers is unable to fulfil a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered where possible.

Allergies & Hygiene

All bedding and soft furnishings are cleaned and sanitised between hires.
While every effort is made to maintain high hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to booking.

VIP Extras & Personalised Items

VIP extras and personalised add-ons are subject to availability and use should be supervised at all times.
Personalised items ordered specifically for your booking may be non-refundable once purchased or created.

Photography & Social Media

We may occasionally photograph setups for promotional and social media purposes.
No photographs containing children will be shared without parental consent.

Liability

The Cosy Owl Sleepovers accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or accidents caused through misuse of the hired equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all children use the equipment safely and appropriately throughout the hire period.
